Exeter Villa is nestled in a charming neighbourhood of residential homes and it serves a wide area reaching from Grand Bend, up towards Grey-Bruce county, across to Perth, and down to Middlesex counties.
Exeter Villa boasts a single-story, attractive brick building, fully-sprinklered and nestled in a suburban area, surrounded by other family homes in a lovely, manicured neighborhood. Community pride and support are evident in that generations of families have worked in and have even moved their family and friends into Exeter Villa over the years as the preferred “home away from home” of choice.
Exeter Villa Retirement Living is a member of the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) and meets all standards monitored by the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (RHRA). Exeter Villa Retirement offers 66-Suites of enjoyable Retirement Living that support community members with independent and light, assistive care accommodation since it opened its doors in 1986. The building and premises have secured access with safety systems that monitor both interior common spaces and exterior doors.
